巴西对涉华聚醚多元醇作出反倾销终裁
2025年7月4日，巴西外贸委员会管理执行委员会(GECEX)发布2025年第754号决议，对原产于中国和美国的分子量在300至4500克/摩尔之间且纯度不低于90%的聚醚多元醇，包括浓度不低于90%的聚醚多元醇混合物（葡萄牙语：polióis poliéteres com peso molecularentre 300 e 4.500 g/mol e grau de pureza igual ou superior a 90%, incluindo asblendas que atendam a um grau mínimoe inclusive de 90% de concentração dos polióis poliéteres incluídos no escopo）作出反倾销肯定性终裁，决定对中国的涉案产品征收959.19－1469.16美元/吨的反倾销税、对美国的涉案产品征收555.19－680.13美元/吨的反倾销税，征税详情见附表，有效期为5年。涉案产品的南共市税号为3907.29.39。本决议自发布之日起生效。
2024年1月5日，巴西对原产于中国和美国的聚醚多元醇和聚醚多元醇混合物发起反倾销调查，案件倾销调查期为2022年4月至2023年3月，损害调查期为2018年4月至2023年3月。2024年7月30日，巴西发展、工业、贸易和服务部外贸秘书处（Ministério do Desenvolvimento, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços/Secretariade Comércio Exterior）发布2024年第37号公告，对该案作出肯定性初裁，但是暂不征收临时反倾销税。
