2025年7月3日，美国JBS Hair, Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品违反了美国337条款（侵权美国注册专利号10,786,026、10,945,478、10,980,301、12,127,616），请求美国ITC发布普遍排除令或有限排除令、禁止令。
